Jaime is a management consultant specialising in the areas of change management, organisation design & development, organisation culture, and organisation psychology.

She has over 15 years of experience helping multinational corporations with large scale business transformation programmes, including the set-up, stabilization, and maturation of high-growth global/regional centralised functions and shared services. Her clients have
included leaders in the oil & gas, chemicals, and construction materials industries.

Jaime first fell in love with the Hofstede model during her Masters in Managerial Psychology, and is now an accredited practitioner and Associate Partner with Hofstede Insights, certified in both Intercultural Management and Organisational Culture.

Jaime brings to the table a unique combination of consulting approach and methodology, practical experience in leading industry multinationals, as well as academic insight. She is our only consultant in Malaysia and one of only a few in the South East Asia region.
