Akhilesh is the Managing Director, Hofstede Insights India. He aligns Strategy, Culture and Leadership behaviour. He brings a unique blend of Business Leadership and People Insight to his clients by virtue of his over 2 decades of key leadership track in multiple organizations globally and in India, followed by over a decade of people and organization advisory role.
Carmen Lam joined Hofstede Insights from the world of transnational marketing, branding and Asian hospitality in 2012. Having served in senior executive positions in multi-national as well as local companies in services, technology and tourism across Asia Pacific and North America such as Melco Crown Entertainment, MICROS-Fidelio, IHG, Shangri-La and the Destination Marketing Organisation for Hong Kong, she has hands-on experience managing across cultures and a deep understanding of the business and people issues that can happen when companies cross borders.
David provides specialist coaching for expats around the world to assist with their assimilation and ability to get on task in their new environment. David is experienced working with boards, international executive teams and employees at all levels of an organisation across many countries.
In the years following her entry into intercultural communications training, Divya has trained executives and students from more than 30 different countries including Germany, Austria, Switzerland, the Netherlands, Italy, Greece, Colombia, the United States, the United Kingdom, Morocco, Tanzania, China and India. Her work so far has also included training CXO’s and high-level managers from some of the biggest known global brands on expatriate assignments in India.
Egbert Schram is the Group CEO of Hofstede Insights. He is astute, passionate about his work, known to make complex things understandable by focusing on pragmatic solutions.
His specialty lies in using a data driven approach to culture, enabling executive level discussion and decision making.
Jaime is a management consultant specialising in the areas of change management, organisation design & development, organisation culture, and organisation psychology. She has over 15 years of experience helping multinational corporations with large scale business transformation programmes, including the set-up, stabilization, and maturation of high-growth global/regional centralised functions and shared services.
Nadir joined Hofstede Insights in 2004. He has worked in several fields such as Trading, Construction supplies, Exports, Agency and Representation, Product Distribution, International Business Development and Information Security Solutions.
Partly based in UK and India, Navkaran specialises in Intercultural Management of European and Indian markets for global IT and Technology companies. Having worked for more than 10 years in a leading Swedish Telecoms company as a Global Transformation Manager, he has first-hand experience of running projects and workshops across Europe and India. He has successfully delivered more than 30 multi country business transformation projects as PMP certified Global Transformation Manager.
Okey Okere is an experienced consultant and knowledge resource. In addition to Organisational Culture, Intercultural Management, his other key competencies include Strategy, Business Analysis, Organisational Development, Finance, Credit/Risk Analysis and Programme Management.
