Okey Okere is an experienced consultant and knowledge resource. In addition to Organisational Culture, Intercultural Management, his other key competencies include Strategy, Business Analysis, Organisational Development, Finance, Credit/Risk Analysis and Programme Management.

He has led several consulting and training assignments across Africa, for corporations, banks, governments, and multilateral agencies. His work experience includes spans notable Nigerian  firms, including Food Concepts Plc, Kimberly Ryan, and Agusto & Co Limited, where served as the pioneer Chief Operating Officer of the firm’s consulting and training subsidiary – Agusto Consulting Limited.

He is currently the Country Manager / Chief Executive Officer of Hofstede Insights Nigeria – the group’s first office in Africa. He is also an internationally certified practitioner for both Organisational Culture and Inter-Cultural Management.

Okey speaks English, two Nigerian languages (Igbo & Yoruba) and some French.
