He brings a unique blend of Business Leadership and People Insight to his clients by virtue of his over 2 decades of key leadership track in multiple organizations globally and in India, followed by over a decade of people and organization advisory role.

A Hofstede Insights Organization Culture & Inter Cultural Management Accredited Practitioner, and an ICF Certified Coach, Akhilesh has been providing advisory services across a variety of Indian and Multinational Companies in industry sectors particularly in BFSI, IT, Manufacturing and e-commerce in the areas of Organization Culture Transformation, Leadership Development, Building Intercultural Competence, and Building strong Employer Brand.

An Engineer followed by extensive training in Advanced Management Program, Akhilesh has lived and worked in several countries such as UK, Switzerland and the Netherlands and of course India where he currently lives with his wife.
